Create your asset

The asset comes first. A device can only be paired to an existing asset in S-HUB, no asset, no pairing, no data. Create it, pair the device, and you can immediately locate your asset and follow every event in its life.

01Open the set-up page

02Open “Actions” and click “Add asset”

Open the Actions menu at the top right of the list and select Add asset to start creating a new asset.

03Set the “Autoclavable” option

In the "Add asset" window, choose your workspace and set the Autoclavable option. Choose Autoclavable only if you have a hot tracker.

04Enter the required information, then click “Add”

Fill in the required fields — serial number, assigned subscription, inventory type and product line — then click "Add" to create the asset.

05Select a device for the asset

The "Add a device to the asset" window opens. Pick the device you want to link from the list. You can create as many assets as you need and come back later to choose the device.

06Click “Add” to finish

Once your device is selected, click "Add" to confirm. If you are not ready to pair yet, click "Skip" and finish the pairing later.

07Find and edit your asset

Your new asset now appears in the Assets list. You can edit its information at any time from the ⋮ menu at the end of its row.
